The buyer used an FHA loan which can be a nightmare of repairs upon repairs. But, after Peggy's original advice, the FHA inspection came back with full value and ZERO repairs needed! She was also a great listener to our opinions and together we easily came up with a home package that sold immediately and with no snags. She was available for any and all questions at any time.
